Eating lunch at "Pizza Time" in Coral Springs. I know it sounds like a cheap chain restaurant, but let me tell you, this was some great authentic Italian food. Between the group, we sampled margharita pizza, caprese subs, and a saltimbucca panini - all excellent. Now back to the hotel for a pregame nap.
